An electric locomotive built in 1925/26 seen at the railway station Mürzzuschlag in the Austrian state Styria. The nickname of this kind of locomotives is ‘Austrian crocodile’. Those locomotives were generally used for driving heavy trains along the mountain routes in Austria.

Murinsel in Graz
The Murinsel in Graz is an artificial floating platform in the middle of the Mur river. It was designed by US artist Vito Acconci in 2003. Two footbridges connect the platform with both banks of the river. Inside the dome, there is a café where one can watch canoeists driving along the river.
