This pic shows an operating replica of the second car built by Siegfried Marcus. It formed an exhibit at a classic car meeting performed by the Südbahnmuseum in Mürzzuschlag. The original saw its construction in 1888/1889 and is still running too.

Steam locomotive 33.132 in Mürzzuschlag
While my train was waiting at the railway station of Mürzzuschlag this pretty steam locomotive passed by. The locomotive with the number 33.132 is part of the BBÖ Class 113 and was built in the year 1925. It is still used for vintage train journeys by the company B&B Blue Train.
Fountain made of steel in Mürzzuschlag
This fountain is located in Mürzzuschlag, a city known for a lot of steel processing plants nearby. I don’t like the shape of the fountain but I love the idea behind the used material. The fountain made of stainless steel reminds of the fact that the development of stainless chrome steel has been started in this region in 1912.

Locomotive 1100.102 in Mürzzuschlag
An electric locomotive built in 1925/26 seen at the railway station Mürzzuschlag in the Austrian state Styria. The nickname of this kind of locomotives is ‘Austrian crocodile’. Those locomotives were generally used for driving heavy trains along the mountain routes in Austria.
